As above, are these anygood, can't find any reviews on these, have searched forums, are they easy to fit aswell :D thanks in advance :y:

Used to be called TAS quickshifts.

Theyre good man, as long as you dont adjust it to ultra-short. Easy to fit too.

my mate used to adjust it til there was about 2inches of throw between 1st and 2nd. Funnily enough, he went through a few synchros in his boxes.

lol oh dear :panic:, i assume that if used to reduce the throw by say 40-50% then theres no extra strain on the gearbox internals :y:
