I'v been looking for a good priced mk2 vtr 4-2-1 manifold for some time now, (some of you may already know) i cant seem to find any, only ones i do find are over £250-300, which is errrrrr not worth it imo. Egay had a few but ffs they are for 1 lamba sensor, god my mk2 vtr with the cat in manifold pisses me off now, is there a way of modifying the egay ones ? i.e. to work with my car ? (make some sort of hole for 2nd sensor) ....... what a chor, another question, it i hollow out the original cat will that make a difference ? i know someone who does this.

hessle i read one of your posts in this section, you bought one from gmc for 300+ etc, iv checked thier site and cant seem to find that one, only one i found which they claim fit 'all' vtr's is the stainless steel one (to which the kit is not needed) is that the one you bought ? if so its for £200 now i think. Im probing it.

In simple terms........

The section which connects from your exhaust outlet on your engine block to the exhaust. Standard manifolds are made from cast iron and aftermarket ones are made from stainless or mild steel avaiable in 4-1 or 4-2-1

<<<<<< Looking at the picture the part which has 4 pipes coming from the engine

Gmc, raceland or supersprint ( not in any order) would be the main ones to go for.

I've got an 03 vtr and put vts 4/2/1 manifold on, got mate to move first lambda position round a bit as it fouled the oil filter, so didn't need sleeve
