why does my dump valve flutter when it didnt.the car i got it off of it just dumped and now its on my car it flutters.can any one help

That will most likely be turbo stall, the car you got the dump valve off was probably running more boost and was able to open the dump valve to dump. I'm guessing your not running a lot of boost so there's not enough pressure to open the dump valve so instead the air just backs up into the turbo

its a t25 im using off of a rover i think it was here are some pics of what i got im running 10 psi

hi mate,

ive noticed your using the same manifold as me.

if your using the studs and nuts provided be warned they are shit.

mine kept coming undone. im now resulting in it being stripped down again just to replace gaskets which blew, and 4 studs and locking nuts. big job for such a little replacement.

just keep an eye on them, as if they do come lose you will blow the gasket.
