hi, can anyone confirm to me if a sportex back box for a vtr will fit a mk2 1.1, i now there areare specific ones for 1:1's but i want an outward rolled 3 inch and cant find one for a 1.1 any advice would be helpfull.:P thankiw

As far as i know they will yes. Might be worth checking the systems are the same diameter.

Iv got a sportex exhaust if you give them a ring then they might get you what you want made for your car

you mean you cant find one on ebay? lol

there is plenty out there. other exhaust manufacturers do the same style awell? just type in google and see what comes up.

its not so much the actual tip style i want its ther whole thing (im really picky lol) but yeh it was that i couldnt find one on ebay, im also set on a sportex.... Tho so nothin else will do, ;)

When we fitted my old sportex back box (off a VTR) to the gf's old 1.1 desire.
It would not seal very well, as the centre section was a smaller diameter.
