Hi Guys, I am part way through my conversion and have looked for info but can't find it anywhere! Please read all of this post because you may be able to help with some of it!

I have a 1.4 8v petrol Berlingo that had a KFW engine code and a 3 plug sagem S2000 ECU

The middle plug goes straight to the body loom and I can't find pinouts anywhere and don't want to start probing things as I presume part of it goes to the BSI.

Now it has a 1999 Saxo VTS engine and 'box in it. all the mechanical parts are done, engine mounts, exhaust, driveshafts, gearlinkage etc

So far, I have wired:

Speedo
Starter
Fuel pump
Alternator to dash light
Reverse Light
ECU lives
Lambda heater

Need to wire the

Rev counter
Cooling fan
Temp Gauge

Any ideas? Have I missed anything that needs wiring?

How is the oil cooler piped up? Can't seem to find the old pipes off the Saxo, is in in series or parallel with the heater matrix?

I didn't have a return fuel line so used the vent back to the tank from the carbon cannister, so far, no leaks, anyone done this before?

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Adam

single plug vts has no controls for the fan so your on your own on that one im afraid, need a radiator with a thermostat in it!

Temp gauge, theres a 2 pin blue sensor on the thermostat housing, one pins the light, the other is the gauge.

rev counter is pin 42 on the ecu
ecu light is pin 9.

You need a switched live to start everything on pin 14 of the black ignition relay that lives under the ecu.

Thanks, I read that pin 14 was perm live so will swap that over, Thanks.

OK, just to clarify, I have a

blue sensor into the side of the head, with pink and green wires
green one on top of the thermostat housing with 2 green wires
brown one on the bottom with nothing to it but a black/ white wire loose with the plug cut off, I presume this needs connecting?

I will go and get a fan switch for my radiator tomorrow and wire that up

blue is feed to the dash for both gauge and warning light
green is feed to the ecu
brown is feed to aircon (not used in the UK, no wires going to it)
