2003 vtr BMC induction and Powerflow S/S ,, what do you lot recommend i do next ?? ,, am not a spending a fortune ( tightarse ) lol so any recommendations will be good ,, can ya tell me a figure aswell for product an labour charge(if needed) also any good ideas for exterior interior mods will be nice :) thanks all

Manifold is about the only other cheap mod that will give you some kind of power increase
Anything else is going to cost £££

Forgot to put its bin dropped ,, drilled n grooved discs all round ,, was lookin to spend like 1000-1500 ,, cmon more suggestions haha

As above, 4-2-1 manifold.
If you want to spend £1500 then you MIGHT be able to go for a low cost turbo setup but if I was you I would spend that on:
> A VTS engine - £300?
> Newmans PH3 Cams - £300
> A good quality remap - £400?
> Raceland 4-2-1 Manifold - £200 ish
Save the remaining £300 for other little costs or labour costs if you aren't going to DIY it.
The VTS engine is going to get you 20bhp more over your VTR engine, then the cams, remap and manifold should get you close to 150bhp.

sell saxo, and put the money plus car money and get a r33 gtst and 30+ mpg if its standardish. 250 bhp 155mph rwd :)
