Mk2 2001 3 Plug VTR Exhaust Manifold

Hi Guys

Can i fit a 4-2-1 or 4-1 manifold onto a standard exhaust?
I dont want a new exhaust but need a new manifold so i will fit whatever i can get to my standard exhaust.
