What would you say it is?
I do a bit of swimming i know its good but i do get bored of it, i do alot of cycling on bike and spinning classes. i play alot of football.
Just wouldnt mind trying something else, or concentrate more on the best form of exercise, im in pretty good shape just wouldnt mind gettin fitter for football

the cross trainer & rower are great forms of cardio exercise although it depends on your goals if your looking to improve stamina, recovery rate, speed etc etc! for football running & rowing are best. Skipping is also very good! :A:

Join a local boxing club if possible, most operate circuit style training at least twice a week followed by bag work/sparring. This will kick your ass if you put the effort in.

cross trainer is the best form of exercise mate as it puts no stress on any of the joints unlike running. i do quite a bit of kickboxing and its very good for fitness. do some skipping and go on punch bags for 10minutes and see how hard it is. i find punching a heavy bag is the best thing for me and being able to punch is always a good thing in this world

never see stuarts post. i totaly agree with that mate. nothing better thn some sparring and circuit training i do it all at kickboxing ant it kills. i got twice aweek along with a run every other night and skipping at home

lol how did you get your arm caught up in it?
lol it was placed to close to a stepping machine so i was chatting to the guy on the cross trainer who thought it was fun to go at 3 million miles an hour then i rested my hand on the bar and somehow got it caught between the stepper and the cross trainer, my god it hurt and i spent the rest of the day at a & e being x-rayed... but i did miss a week of school, get in :Y:

u do weights to music, not heavy weights, just quite light, but say its dumbell curls, well you do that for the whole song, its not to get you bigger, just more in shape
as i say i just fancy the fitness part of the boxing and not the actual fighting

In all seriousness, Sex is supposed to be the best all over body workout, of course its a full session and not just a quick one.
Boxercise is mental, you'll be aching so much after that, i tried it a few weeks ago and cudnt drive the day after.
