Like it says in the title ...... Would appreciate it if somebody could tell me the function of these two pipes. The one to the right, that connects to the breather, is cracked and i wondered if its worth changing soon or having an extra few beers at the weekend haha :y: ........ andi was just curious about the other one

The one on the right goes to the breather + induction hose.
Not sure about the one on the left. My haynes manual is behind my seat in the car :(

Haha ..... I should get a Haynes manual.......but what does it do? I know the one end connects to the breather on the rocker cover then another hose connects to the standard airbox but what's its purpose being connected to the manifold?
Cheers :y:

A hose on a manifold?
I can only think of a Lamba sensor (Half way down the front down pipe) or that cable on top of the heat-shield, above the manifold. I think that cable/ wire is there to conduct heat from the manifold on a cold day and takes the heat to the air filter ducting to warm the air up for better fuelling i think.
The old 1.1's used to have a ali pipe that connected straight into the ducting of the airfilter. It was hideous and always ended up damaging it.

I mean the small plastic hose/pipe that the right hand arrow points to......

Obviously that picture isn't standard but as standard the breather breathes out of the rocker cover to the air intake and inlet manifold?
