So a few weeks ago at work, my boss went out and told me to have a clean up of the workshop. After that, sit down and drink tea till he returns :y::y:
I did my job then bought round the VTR.
I stripped the throttle body within 2 minutes and put it on a grinding wheel.

Butterfly out, a good grind around the edge to bring it to a 'Knifes Edge'

Back into the throttle body. A small little sand with the sander on the bar that holds the butterfly in place to remove more material.

Hideous long screws, time for a little grind.

Ground the screws down for more aerodynamic shaping
Took about half an hour to do.
I never noticed any difference on throttle response :(. Waste of time tbh
