saxo furio how to make faster

hi just bought a saxo furo 1.4 today witch is pretty crazy i think i cant imagine wat a vtr or vts feels like i spin up second all day long i fined it hard to put the power down and push my mates corsa along all day long and thats a 1.4 but he has taken his air filter off so that could explain why anyway i want to prove my brother wrong and make it faster than his civic type r he laughs at me for saying that but he wont be laughing when i fly past him .so wat can i do i have an air filter and savage back box is there anything else . cheers

If you're struggling to accelerate through wheelspinning then either the previous owner forgot to tell you it's turbo'd or you just need to learn how to drive properly! Either way doesn't sound like you need to make it much faster just yet. If you want to spend some money maybe look at lowering it on a decent suspension kit
, fitting good quality tyres and maybe upgrading the brakes

Yeah you need to buy it on bulk and run your car on it instead of petrol, it's expensive but with a savage backbox you should be looking at about 160 NHL atw.

well you probably need an uprated fuel pump for those kind of mods and you will notice a difference you will probs push skylines along good luck

try running some halfords cold air piping from the backbox into the inside of the car and keep everything else as air tight as possible , this should give you the egde you need on the type r , good luck :)
