new manifold

guys need a little help, i am looking to buy a new minifold and high flow cat for my vtr, but dont have any ideas where to start lookin. any help much appreciated.

But CiTuning do a hi flow cat but there well expensive

cituning cat is over 300quid and not worth it imo. as said gmc manifold, wouldn't bother with a performance cat to be honest, cheaper just to buy a 50quid decat pipe if you must. personally i'd leave the cat on the car, you won't really notice any difference except the exhaust is a bit louder. :)
