Alright Everyone, Im looking in to camming my vtr need a bit of help figuring out what kind of cams are for my car im looking for cams that will give me good power gair between lowish and medium revs also when im fitting cams what else do i need to do i dont need a diffrent head or anything do i just replace my original cams, ? and is there anything else i wud need to do besides remap as i know it would need remapped? help would be really good and even links to good websites that people have bought ones off b4

Also is it a roller or non roller type as i seen cat piper cams ask that nd i dnt know what this means also its a silver top vtr

Personally wouldnt bother spending the money to cam a vtr, drop a vts engine in.
But if you have money to waste, ph3/708's, remap needed(also standalone unless you fancy a trip to manchester) , some adjustable vernier pulleys to be able to time the cams, id also change HG.
Dont need a different head.

All in all a shed load of money, for not alot of bang.

You vtr only has one cam btw. I got a nice catcams one for my vtr a couple of years ago from kam racing, showed good gains with a rallye inlet and supsersprint mani + full system. Check out my old progress thread. I'm sure I stuck a model number down somewhere.
