I bought mine like this - can have a closer look in next few weeks or so.
But you can get a gist of the setup.

if i was to run a vts, with 708's or ph3's supersprint manifold and full decat kam racing system on a pred and bigger injectors could i use an external fuel pump, braided fuel lines and swirl pot cus i love the look of it mostly lol

why would you need bigger injectors with cams breathing mods and ecu, with those cams even on bodies ur standards should be fine.

Bosch 044 high pressure pump - good quality and priced well look on eBay
Sytec inline fuel filter, and look for swirl pots on eBay ;)
You'll need a bracket to mount to floor, use torques for braided fuel line and all fittings
Edit - you can also use your standard in tank pump as it only acts as a helper to supply the high pressure pump and is no longer under strain supplying fuel to engine, I'd imagine you've already got a different in tank pump in though?

removes air from the fuel. also good to be used on coolant so it stops air pockets and hot spots

no lol thats my problem still on standard pump, so will keep that along with the uprated pump, swirl pot filter and lines.
all looks complicated, but im sure ill figure it out, i built the car after all.

Took me a while to get my head around it but it's fairly easy to set up
Won't bother with my 106 until it causes a problem, how are you finding it on standard pump on track?

while i had a full tank it was fine,
however as soon as i was below half a tank it was a mare, hard round the corners it was cutting out, then around 110 i dont think its got enough as was cutting out down the straights under hard accelleration, but when i have a full tank its absolutely fine, im guessing the pressure with full tank is enough to help the pump.

std pump is fine to feed a swirl pot .unless its buggered of course.
--then use what you like .
my personal choice is to move battery , or fit smaller one and have secondary pump+pot under bonnet --never get smell inside car that way , shorter high pressure lines and no moving of std lines +filter required
.
also if going trac/racek days then depending how tight the scutineers are --they may fail you if all pumps +lines are not sealed in seperate box --rac regs states you cannot have a fuel tank inside car --which is what your swirl pot is --unless it is sealed from passenger compartment.
constructon +use act syas the same .so you could have a nasty plod saying the same
