Guide wheel on Timing Belt

Someone said i should replace the guide wheel on the timing belt. Does he mean idler pulley? Or is there a guide wheel on a timing belt?

prob means the tensioner which comes in the kit anyway

VTS has an idler and tensioner - these are usually included if you buy a full cam belt kit.
