I have borrowed a polycarb back box off a mate, just wondering if any one has had any experiences with them? I will add a youtube link of it shortly...

i have sorrry about thinking polycarb:P my misteak, but the "Excellent sound reduction characteristics
The noise reduction characteristics of the Poly-Zhaust are superior to a typical steel muffler. Recent testing of a standard OEM muffler of 22 litres versus a 10 litre Poly-Zhaust showed the OEM muffler to produce double the sound energy than the Poly-Zhaust, despite the OEM muffler being significantly larger."
from above link is not true.... seems alot louder than kam racing box

The quality of the sound deadening materials is probably the most important aspect rather than the outer casing.
