Innovate seem the standard choice on here, however I've heard people have had issues with reliability, you will also have to pay extra for a gauge if you want one.
I run the aem analog uego wideband with gauge. It's ok, seems quite quick to react but if you dont let the gauge zero itself properly before starting up it gives funny readings.

i have the innovate and seems ok, gives a nice clear readout, prefer digital to analogue too as you get better accuracy imo - not that i look at it much whilst im ragging the tits off it though!!

Aye i was unsure about digital or analog, i find the analog you can just glance at, plus i like seeing the needle whizz round

I got mine from a eBay store, was the cheapest place I could find with free next day delivery.
They stock the inovate system and a few others iirc. The name escapes me though, will look it up when I get in.

cheapest I've seen the lc1 go for James with digital gauge was £140 delivered from a uk based company can get it cheaper from usa well did but since exchange rates gone crap ain't worth the time

I have an LC1 and since about a week after fitting it's never read properly, doesn't seem to want to calibrate any more. I'm interested to hear other more reliable options

innovate are ok - bit tempermental but easily user recalibrated. we use innovate data loggers wired into our dyno for AFR.
AEM are ok.
would highly recommend the VEMS gauge for AFR.

Seems to be most use the same Bosch sensor but their own controller modules.
The innovate seems to be cheapest (on ebay), hoping it's not some cheap knock off.

I Decided to go for 14point7 SLC pure plus 2 wideband after I heard of a couple of issues with the innovate.
It's a bit dearer than the innovate, but has more options available with it, as it's also a data logger, but on the same display your able to view boost, exhaust temp, oil temp, and more obviously by using the relevant sensors, here's a link to it...

I bought it from a place called trigger-wheels.com (http://www.trigger-wheels.com/store/contents/en-uk/d27.html)
I've not had any issues with it do far and it's been fitted about 2 months. Comes with clar instructions of how to fit it with a cd that has plenty of diagrams etc, I'm useless with wiring do I got Andy (luthor1) to fit it when he mapped my car
Overall I'm very happy with it, I know it costs more but with what I had planned it seemed ideal going for this option. I can get some pics of the gauge if anyone wants too, I managed to out it on the dash on the driver side there's plenty of wiring there, quite an amusing amount tbh lol
