Omex launch control

Ive read through the support and help on the Omex site and it hasnt really helped.
When i looked at my ignition coil it had 3 grey wires going to it(I have the Silvertop single plug VTR engine), how am i supposed to know which is a switched live and which are the 2 signal wires?
A few people have them on here, just wondered what they did...

use a multimeter and test for a switched live
