Running 2 cats

If your car fails MOT emissions due to being cammed or whatever, is it possible to run 2 cats. One in the manifold and one in the downpipe?

Or somehow bodge up 2 downpipe cats? Does it work like that or not?

something i have often pondered on too, we've found partially blocking the tailpipe with a damp rag drops them a little as well

i did it a few years back welded 2 under car cats together got the emission right down that did

got 2 cats on my car. second cat isnt really needed at all. (jap ftw?)
