1.4l turbo

i have a saxo 1.4l almost stock just have cold air intake system and i wanted to know what type of turbo could i install in my car and what pressure my stock 1.4l engine handle and what other thing i have to do on my engine to install a turbo? sorry for the english i'm portuguese
