I'd save your money and get something else there not the best quality I've had one in the past and wouldn't have another one.
There loud and cheap though!

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH
Ashley have changed the build quality as i have just bought one within the last 2 weeks.... it is loud only 2 a certain speed
Well for performance gains the i had a OMP Grp N before then a piper exhaust and i can defo say the Ashley is more noticable power wise.
Dont bother going for a crappy custom made exhaust or what every one else goes for like magnex etc
Be different try something else, the ashley gives better noise, better performance and looks better then the magnex or "Sportex" but thats my opnion
To many people on here and ssc saythe same old dont try a ashley etc...... try it you might like it

^^^
Very good point, Ashley have been around for much longer than Magnex and most others, look at it this way.
Most people (Younger people that is) will keep a car two years three and half tops most by then have gotern better jobs, insurnace has lowered allowing them to insure bigger more powerfull cars so a Mild Steel exhaust will easly last theat amount of time.
In my case most of the bad press on mild steel exhausts are from people having had them fitted poorly hence them coming apart. Ashley systems are used in quite alot of grass roots motorsport so they Do perform.
Ashley wouldnt still be going if their systems were that bad.
Yes they are a cheaper exhaust system doesnt mean they are crap tho :-)
If Id done my homework a little better I could have saved a bit of money on my Janspeed system (Mild Steel) and gone with the Ashley system.

Ok Ive just had a look on YouTube and although there are no 'Saxo Ashley' posts there are a few under 'Ashley Exhaust'.
Although all cars by their very nature will sound different you may get an idea of how an Ashley could possibly sound on a Sax.

Hope this helps mate :-)
