Turbo queries

looking at getting my VTS turbo'd in the new year and just looking at costs. roughly how much would a basic turbo setup be and what sort of power could i get out of this?

I already have aftermarket cams, would these still work or would i need turbo cams?

wheres the best place to go for the work?

what is the most power i could safely get out of the engine without forged internals?
