right I need to get hose adapter, I know thread in block is m16x1.5 but if you look at this link I need to know what thread the hose has so I get the right fitting.

What model turbo are you running this on?

There's a company in london i know that supply loads of mocal stuff, they can also make up custom turbo pipes... Last one i had cost £40 which would of been less if i didn't ask for a 125degree solid pipe peice

And was for a t25 from a nissan to fit a 306dturbo.

kris I've got the exact same hose in the link banjo bit is in the turbo already I just need an adapter bit so I can attach to the block, I know the pressure switch thread in the block is m16x1.5 just need to work out what the thread on the hose is. As arkward as it is I haven't got the kit yet

...and the pictures are quite small.

1/8th NPT is a popular oil pipe thread, so is 1/4 NPT.

And by the way, 1/8 is not one eigth of an inch when it comes to this stuff i don't think!

wait untill you get it then send it to Thinkautomotive
i bought what was supposed to be -4AN fitting from taiwan and it was miles smaller than -4AN
i sent the fitting to think in the end and they made exactly what i wanted and was fairly cheap

i've not actually bought that kit since Im buying steves whole setup this hose is included but t piece isn't so I need to sort an adapter to screw into hose that will then screw into the pressure switch hole which is m16x1.5 think may have to wait no biggy I guess

Thats the one, think automotive. Saves me searching through that build thread and my emails :D

I went there personally, got it done on the spot :)

Surely then you'd want one of these? And maybe an adaptor for it?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oil-Pressure-T-Piece-M16-1-5-1-8-NPT-Peug-Cit-054-/270749732904?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f09f11028#ht_500wt_1180

I'd drill out the feed hole personally just another 1 or 2mm so it's not so restrictive.

I think will be a case of waiting doesn't matter if it takes another day or so for the car to be on the road

you need to be carefull about drilling out the feed hole, its not just GT turbos that need a certain restriction
my T34 has a restrictor between the line in and the turbo

Oh fair do's, this WAS for a diesel, a couple of other lads has problems with oil starvation with restrictors on the Diesels.... However, most of the tuned 306 diesels now are running mainly 25psi and one i know running over 50psi.
