As above im looking good exhaust mounts for the saxo, the exhaust seems to be sitting a bit low from the bumper. Don't want ones that are to expensive :y:

Exhaust mounts wont necessarily raise your back box closer to the bumper. If your current mounts are not sagging and look in good condition you need to bend your hangers. If not, just look on eBay and get any that are a pwetty colour :homme:

Just get some replacement standard ones, even halfords only charge like £3 each for them.

Can get powerflex ones which are yellow or red but they are no shorter than standard and kept slipping off when I had my old GTI.

Powerflex Ones (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_20 7167_langId_-1_categoryId_165660)

Bending the hangers means exactly that.....bending them lol. Do not bend the ones on the car though as they are likely to break, bend the ones on the backbox so you can mount it closer to the underside of the car.

We sell upgraded exhaust mounts (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/gaskets-and-fittings/kam-racing-motorsport-exhaust-mounts-citroen-saxo.html). They sit tight on the hangers..

Never understood how you can have better exhaust mounts how can one bit of rubber be better than another?

The rubber can be better quality and the overall length can be shorter or longer so making the exhaust higher and lower. The general quality gets better a the price goes up mate

Cheers I figured it would be something like that, do they last a lot longer than the standard ones?

different compounds. Ours are stiffer so do not move on the hangers as easy and resist exhaust movement
