Where can you buy a port and polished westcoast manifold or how can you do it yourself

2) Do you know what you do to what part of the 'car'
3) Do you really think it will be worth it on a 1.4?

Your inlet mani is plastic, your exhaust manifold is pointless just buy an aftermarket one
