When accelerating and decelerating i get a bit of a click/clunk noise everytime i put my foot on the accelerator or take my foot off it.
Can anyone solve this problem for me??

engine mount + the problems section would be more appropriate for your problem..

Would either of these problems make the steering clunk when turned from straight position to a quarter left and quarter right??

Drop links or Track Rod ends, still possibly the CV joint, also could be the steering rack itself.

or ball joints or the damper retaining cap is loose in the strut

Yup quite common get a big adjustable and tighten the top could solve your problem. However if it's in a straight line u get the noise im guessing engine mount
