piper 4" slashcut is the best in my opinion
buy one of them for the noise and the looks

do halfords do pipe exhausts? Also if you think about it the price halfords charge 25% off will just bring it down to normal price of a company like Potn!!
If you want cheap and direct fit and looks & sounds nice - Sportex
If you want quiet but nice - Magnex / piper
dont go custom they are abit pricey and normally loud as fook

thats pritty nice! magnexs are good but require your center section to be cut which i think is abit odd why did they make them like that....
was your saxo red before by any chance?! That saxo logo has either been left out when it had a respray or you spayed it on?

cool guys. yeah halfords does pipers. I've seen a small oval backbox, how big is it? there's no measurements on it.

i like the magnex because the box looks good aswell as the pipe, some look shite IMO when the box is round.

i hav a forte 1.1i, im lookin for an exhaust that sounds like the one in furioAL's video, but all the internet ones dnt hav a 1.1 as an option, they all start at a 1.4. Anyone have any recomendations for a 1.1?

If you get a decent backbox and have it fitted properly you shouldn't see much of the backbox, especially on a lowered car... if im standing behind my car you can hardly see the box, just the tailpipe... whereas you do see the box on the magnex...

Get a piper mate... Magnex's aren't as loud as piper's and in my opinion don't fit right unless you buy the full system or get the centre section trimmed... otherwise they stick out too far...
The piper exhausts designed for a 1.4 should still fit the 1.1 i think it will just come out at a different angle... and you may have to cut a little slot in your bumper for the backbox or buy longer exhaust hangers... as the 1.1 backboxes angle down underneath the bumper (as the 1.1 rear bumper is different to the vt* bumpers)... im sure your local garage could fit a piper backbox on your car...
Email demon tweeks and ask what fitment they would recommend... they were very helpful when i purchased mine :Y: and definately avoid peco...and universal fit ones...
Hope that helps
