looks like a little stone got between tensioner and belt?

the tensioner marking raised??

if you can see straight through it, change it.
can you see thread? if so id personally change it.

change it, not worth the risk. Should be cheap if you do it yourself as the tensioners are new etc so youll only need the belt?

The picture doesn't show it too well but i would be tempted to just change the belt as said. A belt by itself isn't a great deal of money and would be all good if you can fit it yourself? Else you'll be worrying about it now you've seen it!

guess some silly sod has been running without belt covers? 100% replace the belt.
