Right, I need a new clutch, lasted 120,000 miles, should have changed it sooner, but never mind. I have a Mk2 VTR with a furio gear box, What clutch would I need, and what are the best kind of clutches? Ideally dont want to spend stupid money, Thanks people

Well that depends, it's more expensive to buy, but while the valeo is still happy away doing its job, the transmech or other cheap clutch has shit itself, then you need to buy another clutch...and another lot of labour if you ain't doing it. Then the valeo is cheaper ;)

yea dont fit a Transmech clutch, ive seen them where the clutch lining has ripped away from the friction plate, and they tend to suffer from clutch judder after not so many miles :homme: go with valeo i always do :y:

if you want a cheap clutch go to www.carparts4less.co.uk i got one from there last month for £35. If you don't know how to fit one you can get it done on the cheap for about £80-£100 if you know anyone that can do it a garage will charge about £200.:wall:
