Fitted on its own you wont see massive BHP increases it'll just pull alot better but its a good foundation to build upon.

People who say you'll get 20+bhp just by fitting one are just optismistic.

I dont know about the fitting in all honesty.

It went on my VTS fine though but I think the VTR's are abit more tricky.

4-1 are generally used on vtr as your low down grunt is good already, gives you more top end. gmc 4-1 is your best choice

4-1 better top end grunt ideal for vtr
4-2-1 good low down grunt ideal for vts

gmc only make 4-1 manifolds for vtr and there well known in the saxo world for producing top quality stuff and know there stuff

i need top end tbh, i can keep up with a 106 gti untill 80mph then they pull away :(

gmc all the way, i love mine. get heat wrap and cover it in that too. my engine bay is cooler now ive done mine :)
