whats the best recommended performance spark plugs for a vts? mine need changing soon so might aswell get better ones

a spark is a spark dude. Its how you look after them which is important.
stick with standard, they're made by Bosch anyway

NGK are the standards
I have iridium denso race plugs. Not that they make much differance though

Bosch FR6's are vts standard. as stated 'race' plugs make no difference. :)

i use ngk iriduim one to.

have a read mate and make you own choice thats wat i did and im happy. either way there only cheap mate

What they cost you around £10

I use NGKs. Remember to torque wrench the plugs in. To little and they rattle, too much and you may damage the head
