is there a guide on this? any specialised tools needed or do they just pull out with your hand?

take off your inlet manifold and two bolts hold the fuel rail to the manifold they just slide out and connectors hold each one to the fuel rail.
easy peasy

there are metal clips at the top of each injector take them off then take out the torx screws that keep the injection rail on lift that off then your injectors just pull out mate

if its an 8valve, you dont need to take the inlet manifold off!
just remove the coilpack, fuel rail, unclip the wiring to each injector and remove the clips holding the injectors in, then they just pull out. Injectors are only push fit into the head

Only thing that put me off removing mine is getting replacement injector seals but I guess the place you're sending them too can supply new ones....

thats not a vital requirement :S
you can just use the old ones

Depends on the condition of them, you could quite easily find they don't seal again properly once removed.

ive removed my injectors countless times, never had a problem with them sealing, in fact they always need a bit of grease of the rubbers to get them back it they are that tight
