Most reccommended VTS exhaust?

Hi,

Ihave a saxo Vts and have had a sportex race tube and backbox on before and sounded okay but very loud too loud somtimes:wacko:
I am wanting reccommendations for exhaust setups that are good and sound awsome and where to buy?

Full tube system with a kam racing 2" outward rolled. Raspy as heck and pops and bangs like a gang shoot out.

could i use the sportex racetube i have and get maybe a piper 3" outwardly rolled would that sound good?

You'll find the kam racing system, saxsport and supersprint are highly regarded. Personally i've got a magnex which i love but each to their own.

What do you want from the exhaust?

Personally the magnex systems are a much nicer option and don't sound half as shit as the current obsession for raspy systems.

High five to this. I've always had supersprints and kamracing exhausts and recently got fed up of them. They sound nice and raspy but gets annoying after a while.. Also, sounds mega shit inside the car.

I fitted a full magnex today, it's silenced so pretty quiet. May get a straight through pipe and see what it sounds like then.

So far I'm happy with it, may even sell the kamracing zorst.

got magnex myself only thing I don't like is the thing is 3" looks massive but it is quiet

+1 for the magnex + de-cat pipe and empty centre box - nice and deep without being annoying

If you want a quiet exhaust then you have to have two silencers. Running a straight through mid silencer and no cat will always be loud whatever brand you have.
Magnex sadly does not give as good power in comparison to ours. The Piper Exhaust systems (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/full-exhaust-systems/citroen-saxo-1-6-vts-2001-2003-piper-catback-exhaust-system.html) have one of the biggest backboxes and a nice range of tailpipes. Smaller will be quieter so choose wisely, but our Supersprint / KAM racing exhaust (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/full-exhaust-systems/kam-racing-supersprint-race-system-citroen-saxo.html) combination with mid silencer is a full straight through with absolutely no restrictions and will give the best performance IMO over any other system on the market.
