SPI performance??

I have a 1.1 spi and was just contemplating doing something in the way of performance. I know its only a 1.1 but wana do something different than just drop a vts 16v in. As its a spi i was considering bike carbs but since searching looks like a bad idea lol. Is there anything doable to improve performance e.g. rallye inlet ect (not expecting massive gains lol)

spi is fucking awful its the work of the devil I'm pretty glad mine shat itself no jooke compared to a 1.1 mpi the spi is just awful its weird how they are the same power yet the mpi is smoother and I found better mpg
