Rose jointed linkages

I have rose jointed linkages on my vts, (on the car when i bought it)can these be adjusted and what maintenance do these need?

Hi mate this doesn't really help you but I'm trying to fit a set of the linkages now myself and i can see how the rest fit apart from the bottom one could you tell me how it is bolted to yours? (at the gearbox side)
