Spring bolt Mani to cat

I hit my mani on a speed bump and the spring bolt has worked loose since I'm guessing, stupid question but how do I tighten it? I can't get anything to grip it on the other side

just use 2 spanners mate, one to hold the end of the bolt tight and the other one to turn. Easy. Or a mole wrench?

Two 10mm spanners if i remember correctly.

May be able to use a socket and a spanner if there is enough room.

i'd use and socket and a spanner mate! i had to do it the other day was a right c**t to do hardly any room! lol
