Well Decided against a 4" twin exhaust because its a hassle, OVER £500, chavvy as fuck and dont even look good.
So i want an exhaust that looks like this-
http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e15/digitalsuperstar/My_Car/28-07-2006/28-07-06_02.jpg
My goal IS NOT performance, it is looks and as much noise as possible.
SO...
Do i go for just a nice backbox, or a full system with decat.
Id love to just buy backbox as then i could afford my black/silver tints (£205 fitted).
So help appreciated as usual.
Thanks

Depends on your budjet !!!
A backbox yes is an option and i think their are some loud ones out their for about £100 new but then a full system with de-cat can be up to £300 + for a decent system
A de-cat system will sound raspy (which i think sounds mint)
A loud backbox will sound chavy (my personal opinion)
A decent back box which aint loud and a de-cat will possibly give the sound your after for the budjet you've got

Lol, klkl,
dont have a budget though.
Just not paying £600 for a silly Twin 4" Slash exhaust.
So upto £350ish.
But i want it to be as loud as possible, Running it witha Powertec Filter
Baiscally my nieghbours are wankers and i like annoying them LOL.

Yes! I love annoying people too!!!
Get a large bore exhaust piping I.E 2". Thats about right for the N/A Saxo.
Search Supersprint as these do a Straight through pipe from the Manifold to the Backbox. I.E De-cat and it gets rid of your middle box.
And then get a Jap Style Backbox I.E a Cybox of Ebay. They look like exactly the one in that picture.
This is all the for noise mind, NOT Performance!

That sounds like the recipie for a noisy exhaust although i think 2" piping will loose performance definatly with a single box system.
I know your not looking for performance but who wants to loose it ???

yeh too true dony wanna lose any performance for sake of noise.
Just been to bodyshop to check progress and he had a Corsa With K&N Basic filter and a 5" backbox, It was SILLY loud and only a 1.4.
So im Deffo going backbox only.
And maybe a De-cat, wil la decat add performance/make noisier.
P.s- i realise that saying i want to annoy people sounds chavvy, but i really amn't.
I have a scooter and have a nieghbour who continually complains even thouhg it is basically silent since i fitted a silent exhaust.
And then he came to my dour saying im probly not used to living in a nice area and basically calling my family chavs lol. So fuck em, im gonna annoy um as much as i can.
Tunes pumping and revving the tits of at 3Am, sounds good to me :D
So Can anyone recoemend a loud as fuck 4or5" backbox?

AShlys are loud as fuck, they sound fab though, only sold mine as I had a BTB to fit on. May sell the BTB as they are making about 450 quids now and I am after a quieter life

We may be able to work something out Matt, I'm stuck at the moment as I'm at the ring next weekend and house move after that, will certainly give you first dibs if/when I decide to sell it off

I had a 5" stainless steel Reflect exhaust on my VTS, it looks similar to the one you have presented in your picture. I only paid £290 for a striaght through pipe and when i started the engine the dash board and the indows rattled..
Try looking into Reflect.. they are loud! I think R-tec custom build them..

I would get a 3" system if going for looks as a 4" does look a little big imo
