Ive got a 1.4 saxo converted to vts with detcat straight through i really want to turbo it
i can get a turbo kit for about £300 turbo,manifold,intercooler,all the pipes ect
just wondering what boost id be able to run??
and would i have to change pistons or anythin

i got quoted about 3k for just the kit that's the price new cituning i think that was

I doubt the kit will stay at £300 for long tbh
And to answer the question, the boost you can run unforged completely depends on the size of the turbo and the mapping, if you use a cheap ecu and have a crap map then your probably looking at about 5psi, but if you run a good standalone ecu and have it mapped well, there shouldn't be any problems running 9-10 psi on a thicker headgasket

I have found everything to turbo my Vts except what boost pipes, oil feed/return, dump valve kit and any other gauges other than a boost gauge? Cheers
