Best spark plugs for vtr?

Hey does anyone know what the best spark plugs are for a 99 mk1 vtr are?

Thats a standard ngk plug.
i run bosch super 4. But you can get silver electrodes .bigger spark but they wear quicer.
so the plugs that say last for years might well do but the spark aint as good
