best setup

hey guys new to the modifying scene.
just want some advise and to see what people have on there cars ,

so just wondering what is the best setup for a furio and what mods people have on there's

Whats your budget? You could spend hundreds here or thousands. Usual route would be 4-2-1 manifold, decat, decent cat back exhaust and enclosed induction kit/panel filter.

On a furio engine, id do breathing mods and thats it.

heck I wouldnt even bother with a new manifold tbh id just save the cash and not polish so much of a turd.

Bigger discs, better calipers, Disc size of a VTR is 247 i think and they fit under 14" wheels if grinded down. The disc size of this setup is 266 by the way. If you drive quick then i would say stopping power is worth having.

Although most people will never need more than 247's with a decent disc/pad/fluid setup, i think putting the 266's with decent pads/lines/discs/fluid was one of the best mods i did to my car. And they look better lol. +1 on this

always do maintenance before modifications
get the car in for a full service if it hasnt had one in the last 15,000 miles

ask for the best quality oils the garage can suggest, you get what you pay for
do have a check to see if there is any oil leaking, replacing a seal is going to be cheaper than the damage caused by running out of oil because of a leak.

get some K&N filters in, you can look them up online and take it to a garage and request them to be fitted in the service if you dont fancy doing it yourself

same goes for brake pads (and discs if theyve had their day)

enclosed induction kits dont suck in as much warm-air if theyre put in the right place

lowering 40mm on the front and 60 on the back tends to be manageable

youve got a 4-2-1 manifold..
get some heat wrapping on your manifold thats quite cheap

theres easy mods like de-wipering, theres a how-to on here for that


just keep it running sweet and get it as clean as you can
