What exhaust on a furio?

Hi, haven't long bought a furio, it's got a sportex exhaust already fitted on it but it feels like my ears are bleeding every time I drive it so after something else, don't want to put a standard pipe on but don't want anything as loud as the sportex.

What do you recomend?

Has the spotex got a silencer on it ? Cause you could have a straight through thats why it may be so loud, but i had a magnex and thats was nice on tick over and loud when you wanted it to be

I'm not sure I don't think it has tbh mate I just know it hurts my ears haha even on tick over its loud as fuck

Just had a look and there's no silencer on it. Still going to change it for something quieter though. Any suggestions?

May be cheaper to replace the centre for one with a silencer.

If you want only one silencer then you need a manufacturer such as a Piper backbox (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/exhaust-backbox/citroen-saxo-1-4-1-6-vtr-vts-96-00-piper-stainless-steel-backbox.html). These are large capacity cylinders with good silencing materials.

Iv got a sportex on my furio, is loud yeah but I personally like it. I looked at magnex before and a load of others but sportex was only one in my budget range

Got a piper on mine, though its linked with a raceland mani and superspring race tube so if you got the cat on yours still it won't be quite as loud...

Not really sure about budget depends on whats about. I'd rather pay more for something better. How much is a magnex back box?

Decided to keep the sportex for now and maybe get a magnex sometime in the near future. Although I'll probably change my mind and get something else :)
