1.4 - vtr parts HELP please

hi ive got a westcoast (1.4)
and im swapping the following to 1.6 VTR parts..

INLET MANIFOLD (with throttle body)
INJECTORS (with fuel rail)
FUEL PUMP

i've been told that the fuel pump is an easy enough job, so im not too concerned about that part.

If anyone has or heard from someone who has swapped any of these parts, from 1.4 - 1.6vtr could you let me know what i'm getting into and if its worth doing.

samueljonburgess fitted a vtr inlet to his furio, however i dont think tis advisable fitting the injectors, im sure you would just end up over fuelling your car, would probs take less time to just fit a vtr engine... pick them up for about £50-100
