No point for just the supersprint, what filter you got? Also if you want a re-map and good results get a cam.

Or drop a 16v in :)

No such thing as decent and cheap.

You dont need a remap and you wont be able to justify the gain that you might get with a suspersprint pipe for the cost of a remap.

Have you got any other mods that will warrent a remap?

ive got a magnex backbox and pipercross open filter. was gunna get the centre section and possibly a sports cat (if it passes an m.o.t?) then get a remap but i dunno. is there deffo no point unless i get cams? how much roughly is it to fit them?

no point in the slightest. also no point in fitting cams to an 8v, makes much more sense to 16v it

fitting a 16v is a no go for me really as im on a very tight budget, im just after small power gains that i can for cheap(ish) lol! and 80bhp...really?

fitting cams and remapping will cost much more than getting a 16v engine!
the cam alone will cost more

this!!!!

basic rules apply!!

you can have any 2 of the three below:

Good
Fast
Cheap!!

1) if its good and fast..it wont be cheap!!

2) if its good and cheap..it certainly wont be fast!!

3)if its fast and cheap..dont expect it to be good!! :y:

There is point, in fairness. Yes, you'll get gains. But, they'll be minimal, and the cost will far outweigh the gains.

Stage 1 or stage 2 or stage 3 etc doesn't mean anything to anyone on here.

That is just a company calling it that, it could literally mean anything.
