Its all about flow. Many 600cc bikes produce more power then a stock VTS. Though it will not just bolt on and work. Some bike carbs can be a little tricky to set. Boggy used to have to do some quite significant mods to get some carbs to work.

how long is a piece of string lol i got my jenveys second hand for £360 but brand new they are £1300, atp bodies are about £800, a sandy/colin gsxr body set up is about £600 its all down to buying new or second hand whats included etc
again with carbs could cost anything

Just get a cnc machined head pre ported and polished for jenevy bodies, sodium filled valves, titanum valve springs, and be done with the head... :-)
