Cams perform best with a remap but some will run without just not optimally. You already have a FPR - not sure why someone would try and sell you another.

Snake oil I suspect.

When you change the cams it's expected to have more air coming in the engine, so you will need more fuel to match the air amount. The remap is the best way to do this, but if you fit 4 bar pressure regulator instead of original 3 bar, this will give you little bit more fuel.

226cc/min becomes 265cc/min. That's 20% more fuel.

Standard duty cycle of the iwp006 orange band injectors is around 80% on max load. It's pointless adding a 4bar fpr when a tweak of the map will up the duty to <90% and give you all the fuel you'd ever need for a simple cammed setup.

Like power boost valves I'm afraid - snake oil.

Rather run unmapped and save having to replace an engine because it was fucked
