Thought I would post an update of 4/5 weeks progress in the gym, feel free to comment if you think there's any particular exercises I should be doing or areas which I need to improve on, apparently I weigh 14.5 stone, don't know why I'm that heavy.

how tall are you? that your weight now? what about when you started? What kind of workouts you doing, how often and where are you trying to get?
