Fuel Pressure Reg

hey all, im looking into getting a uprated FPR to put in the saxo but i am unsure what one i should get! i need one that can be mounted in the engine bay and take a fuel return as i have one already plumbed in!

and i dont want to spend around £100 on a new one and get the wrong one and look like a tit (even more of one)

any help/links would be great :)

What do you mean by uprated? The standard ones work as good as need be. Or do you require a higher pressure one for some reason? If so why and what pressure are you after?
