over for 30 mins no leaks nuffin, i drove the car and i saw the dial go 3/4 way up and nearly turned on the light, i removed air locks buy the 3 blow valves, and topped up again and rand did it again, i left it till this morning, when engine was cold i topped up radiater and drove 10 miles the first 4 miles then temp light came on, and i stopped for 2 mins and drove the last 6 and it stayed at normal temp ? its confusing please help,

Pretty hard to read that lol.

But it sounds like you haven't bled it properly so have a airlock somewhere.

Also the RADWELD / K-stop etc is shit - so wouldn't use that again :P

To fill / bleed you should -

Cut bottom off a 2 litre bottle
get a bucket / watering can full of water
open the 3 bleed valves
Place hand over the lid of the cut bottle and fill with water
Put the cut 2 litre bottle in the rad
Keep filling it with the watering can / bucket (so there is always water in the cut bottle)
Wait until water comes out of all 3 bleed valves - let it run through for 5-10 secs
Close valves
top up with anti freeze

This makes sure no air can get into the system - as it's always water whats going into the tank - no air.

Simple job but easy to get wrong.

The K-seal that you used will eventually bung your heater matrix up,so as above to a good idea mate.

it will tick over fine as its not under anyload ...

if you want a quick dirty fix just to make it drivable turn the heating up full as you drive around and open your windows

having the heating on take heat from the engine and puts it in the car ...
