crank breather pipe. jp4 head

just wandering what people have done with the crank breather pipe when running jp4 head, as there seams to be no point on the head to attach the top part of the breather pipe??????

I asked the same thing not long back adz. General consensus was to tap the hole on the block and screw in a bolt to block it off
