hey everyone just fitted a 1997 vts engine in to my vtr! iv not got it started yet just waiting for my ecu to come bak from ecu doctor! in the engine bay there are a one plug that has no were to plug into and in the engine bay its self theres a a couple of plug spaces that havent been pluged into ill post pictures asap cheers chaz

can you put it in paint and draw an arrow at what you mean?
what should i be looking at? its a bit blurry.

right in the middle on the first picture its like a little box with a pipe coming off it im not sure were that pipe gose either

have you got all 3 sensors plugged into your throttle body?
could be speed sensor but in sure thats blue??

yer theres is 3 of them pluged into the throttle body were the air filter gose

you are using the vts loom? is the crank sensor in? that is a 2 piece wire iirc.

its all a vts loom as well ! the blue pipe by the fuel pump i dont have a clue what that dose either :S

fuel pump? thats in the tank.
i just done tone of these conversions last week lol and i cant remember.

yer i shouldnt have to touch the fuel bump should i ?? theres fuel running through the pipes to the fuel rails!

is everything connected to fuse box?
knock sensor on rear of block?
crank sensor on front?
speed sensor rear of 'box?
map sensor?

fuse box yes!
i left all the loom pluged in from when we took it out the vts! just been outside its a bit dark now tho

if i listed most the plugs it had to be 1. good to see its sorted.
another 16v comes to life!!!!!
